Took my 2015 Jeep Commander to this shop to have car checked out, another shop told me I needed an engine but after this shop looked at it he assured me my engine was fine that I needed a radiator flush and a new thermostat ,so imagine how relieved I was thinking I found a good honest quality shop that told me they could fix my jeep with no problems with the engine. I paid them almost ****** bucks and left the shop 2 days later brought car back with same problem overheating he said the thermostat was defective that they put in and put another thermostat in the car still assuring me there is nothing wrong with my engine so I left with my car again. A week later my car overheated again took it back up there and now he tells me you need a new engine after scamming me out of almost ****** bucks . I trusted this place knew what they was talking about and paid out more money to get my car fix when he assured me it wasn't my engine but then tells me after he took my money and multiple returns to the shop that now its my engine and that money he scammed me out of could went towards an engine . Beware this isn't an honest repair shop and they will rip you off , he never offered me my money back or anything he just kept saying he was sorry , so now I'm stuck with a car that's still not fixed and out of almost ****** bucks and the owner had the nerve to tell me my little money wont break him well give it back to me because it broke me with a car that's not fixed.  

When you came to my shop an told me what the other shop said, I told you we can tell try to flush the car and change the broken thermostat because it was a lot or air in the system. So, it didn't overheat after that you came back in two days thermostat pop again, we replaced it. You drove car after that for two and half weeks and bought it back yesterday said it overheated again. Thats when we did a block test it failed so we told you the engine is bad. The first shop told you engine was bad you ask us to try to see if it could be fixed. we gave you no guarantees you told me go on with the work to see. When your car overheats the first time you never know how bad the damage is. I only did what you ask me to do. sometimes it works out for the best but this time the damage was already done.
