There was a purchase made on Groupon for an oil change I came a very long way I walked into the business the person asked me what do I want and said they were closed at the moment I left and sat in my car to wait he then came out to my car and said I cant do your oil change you purchased off Groupon I asked excuse me I have to pay my workers I said Im a woman I came a long way he said thats not problem take that up with somebody else and locked the door very rude the business is terrible its the customer is always right

I told you we don't open until 9Am. You came at 745 am. So, I locked the door until 9 you were gone. Sorry about the long wait but my techs don't get here until 9. If you feel in, you heart to give us another chance I will give you 20 dollars off on you next oil change.Customer response

That is false information the business provided I did not arrive at 7:45 I arrived at 8:35 i was told they werent open until 9 I went back to my car he came and yelled that he couldnt do my oil change from me purchasing off Groupon and he had to pay his workers he couldnt help me which was wrong he locked the door to the business and told me to take it up with Groupon I am a woman traveling a distance he refused to help me

ATL total car care is open Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm. If you come between these hours you will always get service we dont turn down customers unless its something we cant do. My doors is always unlocked between 9-5 any time before or after they will be lock for safety reasons. I dont know who you talk to but what you is saying is false. So, on you next oil change I will give you 25 dollars off love to do business with you we are open to all customers between 9-5 Monday through Friday thanks for you feedback.Initial Complaint

I last got my oil change at All tune and Lube on July 9 on august 7 my engine goes out because a piece was missing off of the car where the oil change goes. All tune and lube is stating that they did everything right and that someone else went under the hood of my car and took the piece. I want them to pay for my engine because if everything was done right a piece would not be missing. They are very rude and unprofessional they yell at you when you are talking I have no good things to say about this place and I have a brand new car Ive been to 3 different oil places before I got my oil changed here and not one thing has happened to my car until they changed my oil.Business response
