Business ProfileforRicco's Repair Service

I put my mower and snowblower in for maintenance service back in November of 2021. This business has not returned my items to me. They continually say the parts are on back order.they do not communicate service issues and have held my snowblower and lawnmower hostage for six months and have not repaired them. When I contacted the business I was told that the part needed to complete the repair on my snowblower was still on back order. **** wanted over $200 for repairs that he did not perform on my snowblower or mower. To wind this transaction downI asked for my items to be returned to me on Monday 4/11. **** agreed that my items would be returned to me on 4/11. When the driver showed upthe mower was damaged because his driver did not chock this wheels of the other equipment in the trailer. I refused delivery of this item and sent it back to the shop. On Wednesday I called for a status update (because they wont call you) and they said the axle was bent and parts needed to be orderedI asked for a call back with a delivery date. Thursday came and went and no call backso I called them again and left a voicemailit is now Friday and no call back. The amount of time that they have had my mower borders on conversion and to have it for six months without even repairing it it unacceptable. I want my mower back and want my money backthis company has not repaired any of the two pieces of equipment that they were contracted for and damaged my equipment when they were delivering it back to menow they wont return my calls.
