On 4/9/2022, we authorized a $28.00 charge for a T shirt at the Winners Choice Cheerleading Competition at *********** Casino in ***********. The Winners Choice vendor, The Glow Tour (which is affiliated with GlitterStarz, had sold out of the size we needed, so placed the order for a T shirt to be mailed to us within **** days. This charge showed up as SQ *The Glow Tour on our statement. The shirt was not received by mail as expected.On 5/5/2022, we attempted to find contact info for The Glow Tour without success. We were able to locate Winner's Circle event organizers on ******** Messenger and wrote to them to alert them of the issue of not receiving the shirt. The event organizer (Winners Choice) responded and encouraged Carine to contact the subcontracted vendor ********************************** for assistance Emails were sent to ********************************** on 5/5/2022. The subcontractor ********************************** initially acknowledgement a delay in shipping and shared that shipping would occur the week of 5/12/22. When the shirt was not received by June, we wrote to ********************************** again but did not receive a response. On 7/7/2022, we followed up with the Winners Choice event organizer over ******** Messenger indicating that the ********************************** was a dead end and did not resolve the issue. Winners Choice shared that they were aware of the situation and they were sorry about this. Winners Choice said they were also waiting to hear back from **********************************. At this point It had been 3 months since the purchase. We filed a fraudulent charge to our credit card company. GlitterStarz/GlowTour responded to our credit card and falsely stated goods were provided. This was false, we never received the shirt. We just want our money back.Initial Complaint

I ordered 14 custom jackets from Glitterstarz on August 22nd 2021 for a total of $941.21 The date of delivery was supposed to be October 11th. Excuse after excuse, and our jackets were delayed by delivery for weeks. One of the emails stated that there was "something wrong with the fabric" and thats why there was a delay. When the jackets arrived I knew something was not right. My girls wore them for 1 day at a convention and they all began to pill and wear down. I immediately responded to the survey/email that something wasn't right. The response from the business was "did they rub up against concrete?" NO they didn't rub up against concrete! They were wearing the jackets as intended and didnt rub against any strange surface. I was told that someone would "look into it and get back to me". No one did. I had to finish ordering for the rest of the team and at this point still didn't have a resolution for the defective jackets- but was in a bind. So on 1/3 and 1/24 I had to place another order for jackets (combined with an order for sports bras and shorts) this totaled $1,279 with a smaller order placed on 1/24 for a single jacket for $84. These are not to be delivered until March. After speaking with others with similar products- they have confirmed ours are defective. I have still been waiting since NOVEMBER to have an answer as to why our jackets are how they are. I have now requested ALL jackets in production be canceled and the ones we have (16) be returned with a refund. We spent hundreds of dollars on a product that is not what it says it is. The company is extremely hard to work with and gives you the run around. My whole team is now threatening getting their legal teams involved because they are out money for a product that was expensive. We want to canceled our jackets still in production so we can quickly figure out another plan for our team. The jackets that are unwearable Ive liked to have had returned back in the fall, but will do so now. Please help us.Business response

The customer has been in contact with our GENERAL MANAGER, Jura as recently as yesterday 2/17.... and she is working out a solution for her.
Our major concern was if the jackets were sent to her in November...and she had quality issues with them... why would she place two more orders in January... which now have already been printed. Even through the confusion our GENERAL MANAGER is working on a solution with her currently.
We would appreciate her patience and ***** while working on her issues... and if other concerns are arising, she can contact Jura directly.

We placed another order with this business because as a team we all had to have the same jackets and apparel. We are/were HALF WAY through the season. The first point of contact was NOT yesterday. Multiple emails and texts were exchanged with DRU immediately upon the issues arising back in Nov 2021. We worked very hard to do what we could with the jackets because NO ONE got back to us with any solutions. We are local and wanted to support GS. We love our sport bras and shorts. But the jackets are clearly defective. All we want is to return these (as weve been trying since last year) so we can quickly figure out something else for our girls. We want the jackets in production canceled as now we will have to start from scratch so everyone looks the same. Jura has been the ONLY person at this company who seems to care at all about the customer. Props to her. Multiple emails to others went unanswered until a few days ago when Jura reached out. We didnt know who she was until a few days ago. We would like ***** as well- since we paid $80 a piece for jackets that fell apart within days. Any decent business would want to fix this right away. Hoping that Jura comes through. Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because:Will update if/when a resolution is met. Hoping now that Jura is involved- things will be resolved. Again we LOVE our practice wear- but something definitely went wrong with our jackets.

Glitter Starz was paid to provide cheer uniforms in September. The order was originally placed in August. Uniforms were expected to arrive in December. Each uniform was over $800. Glitter starz has not delivered the uniforms and will not give information to customers with the excuse that they are only willing to speak with our gyms representative. Gym reps also know nothing. Our cheer season has started and our girls do not have their uniforms. Other gyms are being told that their uniforms will arrive in late march. We have no use for them then as the season will be almost over.Business response

Complaint details are incorrect .... uniform priced at $320.00.... not $800.00.
We had direct contact with our customer contact for the gym... and updated delivery dates were resolved.
Order was shipped via *** by desired date - tracking information 1ZAW56730359229391.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.Uniformed were delivered 2/1/2022.
The amount I paid and what the business states that the uniform costs, are two very different prices. I will look into that with the gym who placed the order.
