I purchased a 2015 Mini ****** S on March 11, 2023 from Speedway AutoMall, ***** The vehicle was returned to the dealer's service department on April 5, 2023 to be repaired under the Dealer Warranty provided with the purchase of the vehicle. It is now April 26, 2023. The dealer has had the vehicle for 3 weeks and it is still not fixed. According to ***** in service they are now "looking for a new head" for the car. I paid $200.00 to get the car back to their service department which is an hour and a half away from my home (which they insisted on to cover the repair) and am paying $50.00 per day for alternate transportation to get back and forth to work ($750.00 to date and going up everyday.I'm asking for help to get the car repaired within the next 3 days, returned to me at the dealer's expense and to be reimbursed for alternative transportation in the amount of $50.00 per day from April 11, 2023 until the Mini is returned to me, and an extended service contract paid for by the dealer for a minimum of 1 year (at this point, I have zero faith in their ability to repair the car properly). A few days for a repair is acceptable. 3 weeks and counting with expenses adding up are not. Dealer has not reached out at any point and time to update status, apologize or anything. The only communication as to the status of the repair has been phone calls by either myself or my husband. The service advisor told my husband he would call him back this morning within 15 minutes. It is now an hour later with no phone call.

On april 14, 2022 I purchased a 2010 GMC Acadia from speedway automall. The check engine light came on within 20 minutes after purchase. The dealer said they wouldnt be able to fix it for a couple weeks. 2 months later it was brought back for a new timing chain. About a month later I took it for an oil change. A month after the oil change the car did not want to run. I had the car towed to speedway automall where I was told that I needed a new engine because they claimed I ran it out of oil. The new engine would cost $******** of which I have paid $5,100 so far. I picked up the car after the engine change and noticed the transmission is not right. The transmission has started slipping, air bags shut off, dash shuts off, and the check engine light remains on. They have replaced the catalytic converters with some that I bought to fix a problem. Now I am told that these catalytic converters are junk and need to be replaced. I am told the only way to fix the transmission from slipping is to replace it. Everytime I bring it to the dealer for repair, the car is not fixed or has another issue arise when I pick the car up from the dealer. I am only asking for a vehicle that I can enjoy with no issues. The sale price of the car was $8,999. The engine was ********. Now I am told that it needs new catalytic converters, transmission, and what ever else to fix the dash/airbag issues. My income is $925/ mo from ssi and this car is costing me $1,015 a month with the repair bill just to sit in my driveway. I dont belive that this car should have been sold with the timing chain issue, and it has been one thing after another since purchase. The car has been to the dealer atleast a dozen times for repair in the past 11 months. Usually the problem is not fixed. I have more detailed information but I cannot put it in this format because it is excessive for the limited characters in this complaint.
