On November 30, 2022 Advantage Kwik Dry came out to clean two rooms and a hall. The only furniture left in these rooms was a dining room table. My husband was in the kitchen installing a gate while the worker was here. The worker would do a small section then go outside for 10 to 15 minutes. He was not going to move our dining room table and my husband went out there and helped him. This was the only piece of furniture to move as we removed everything else. The employee knowing there was an issue should have told us and not collected a check till the job was done. I've talked to their office three times. After my husband and I cleaned the living room and treated the dining room. I finally received a call from their office 12/2/22 and they are sending someone else out today. They say their guaranty is for two weeks. No refunds. I would think their policy would change if they were having problems with the machine. We should not have had to pay that day, and we should have been a priority come back.Business response

This client originally was not happy with her cleaning, in the meantime she recleaned her own carpet and demanded a refund, per our policy we went out 48 hours later and recleaned the carpet for her. After we re-cleaned for her stating she stated she was very happy with the reclean and gave compliments to **************. She personally called the office to give us that feedback.
We were thrown off with getting notified of this today as we thought it ended with a positive experience for the client with the happy call at the end of the day.
We have reached out to her with a call and a email today after receiving this concern. We do believe that she wrote this before the recleaning process had taken place and now feel she is happy.
We even went one step further offering her some refund just to make her happy even thought she is now happy with the results of the cleaning.
Her original scheduled cleaning was 11/30/2022 and we went back on 12/2 to reclean,
