WELL, WHEN I PURCHASED THE CAR I WAS SENT A PAYMENT BOOK, WHICH STATED 47 PAYMENTS AT 139.87. WELL, TODAY I MADE THE LAST PAYMENT, OR SO I THOUGHT ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT I STILL OWED 50.34 TO GET THE TITLE TO MY CAR . AFTER GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH THE SUPERVISOR, AND THE LOAN DEPARTMENT THEY MADE IT SEEM IT WAS MY FAULT THAT THE ADDITIONAL 50.34 WAS DUE. WHEN IN FACT IT WAS THEIR FAULT FOR NOT ADJUSTING THE FIRST PAYMENT TO REFLECT THE DIFFERENCE.AND ANY WAY THE CAR WAS PAID OFF EARLY THEY HAD ALREADY CALCULATED THE INTEREST UNTIL SEPTEMBER 2024 AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE.MAKING THEM OWE ME A REFUND .WHICH THEY FAIL TO ACKNOWLEDGE. MAKING THEM A BAD FAITH BUSINESS.

On May 2nd I had all the required documents sent to ***** ******. I reached out to her via email on same day to have her take a look at paperwork and see if it was worth pursuing w/o doing a hard inquiry on my C.R., because I am very attentive to my credit report. She passed me on to *** w/o giving me any answer, but made sure *** was aware that I was looking to possibly finance equipment with loan. Well the loan moved forward [by my request] and *** mentioned $265,000 on Term loan and $150,000 on LOC. They approved me only for a measly $100,000 on a $550,000 piece of property and then told me I could only use it on improvements to property. I requested them not to hit my C.R. if it didn't look good, which is why I asked ***** off the flip. After reaching out to another loan officer from another bank after the fact, he advised me banks don't loan on commercial property for other than improvements, so if I would have known that from the beginning I would have never allowed a hard hit on my C.R.. Banks have there borrowing power, I believe, not my expertise, based on deposits. But it's obvious this bank don't need my business, after all ***** brushed this off to a rookie, supposedly for paternity, but I believe it was to small of a loan and this would have been handled long before a paternity leave.

Mr. ****** completed an application for a line of credit secured by commercial real estate he owned.  As part of the underwriting process, and to evaluate all obligations and to confirm credit score, a credit check is obtained as part of the normal underwriting process.  Upon full review of the entire credit package we were able to counter offer a $100,000 line of credit to be used only to improve the subject collateral. Mr. ****** did not proceed to accept the bank's counter offer *** ***** did let Mr. ****** know that he could not correct the credit inquiry but *** also let Mr. ****** know that such an inquiry has a minimal effect on credit score..
