Everyone in my neighborhood got new trash cans except for me I complain to them and they said I would have them within a week it is now going on 3 weeks and I still have not received my new trash cans I'm only seeking my trash cans please help meInitial Complaint

We had a bad storm one day in January and instead of postponing pick up, the company cancelled all pickups that day until the following week. I requested a credit since services were not performed and I had taken my trash to my employment for that week. I have requested 4 times to have this credit issued for the one week and they refuse. One can not charge for a service that was not performed. This is not so much the $$ since it was only one week but the principle.Initial Complaint

Date of last payment 9/11/2023 $88.90 and 3/8/2024 $56.00 - date of occurrence 11/26/2023-12/2/2023 - *********** was committed to provide me with garbage disposal, recycling, yard waste, and leaf vacuum pick up provided the leaves are along the roadside. All these services provided under contract with our local township - The reason for the dispute is the last leaf pick up for the year was not completed leaving me with a tun of leaves by the road ( I live on a half acre with all mature trees). The last pick up was the week of 11/26-12/2 and the last yard waste pick up was 11/30/2023. My neighbors leafs were picked up and I believe the truck was full and it left not returning. I called the following week 12/7/2023 at 9:17 AM and was informed leaf pick up was done and they will not be making any other pick-*** this season. They also informed me that the yard waste was also done for this season, When I had asked for a discount/ credit I was told a manager would call me back. I did not receive a call because she was on vacation. I never was called back. To follow up I called 3/6/24 and was told they saw the notes in the system and cannot help me because this is not a service they charge for but is included. I had asked them what would happen if I stopped paying, I was informed they will cut off my service. I then said exactly! so when you don't provide a service I pay for then i'm out of luck? Again I was informed they cannot give me a credit/ discount because this is a service that is included with my service. I did say that I will with hold payment as my own credit and was told my account was noted. Since I relized that was wrong and have submitted payment. Under the contract with out township I cannot get any other service other than Marengo Disposal. - Account number is *********** - All i'm looking for is a little support/ credit for the service that was not providedInitial Complaint

I have been trying to cancel service because I dont need the service anymore. I sit on the phone for 20 min at a time on hold. 3xs now. I finally got thru on Monday and they told me someone was going to contact me . It is now Sunday and I havent heard from them. They are charging me $100+ per month for service. I had them once before and it took 3 months to get them to cancel which I ended up paying for those 3 months. Now Im repeating it all over again. They need a Easter system to cancel and not rip people off for an extra couple months of serviceInitial Complaint

After Marengo Disposal bought Groot, which is who we used to have, they decided to just stop picking up my recycling. Then a notice was sent out that they were only going to pick up recycling every two weeks, however they went 5 weeks without picking up recycling and no reduction in my ****. After I called to complain they did come out to pick it up but did not come after that so I cancelled my service with them 5-6 weeks ago. I was told they would come pick up my bins within 5 business days and they still have not come 6 weeks later. This company has the worst customer service and I would like my trash containers/bins picked up immediately.
