May 27th 2024 Jerry Newman Roofing started replacing our roof, soffit, facia, gutters and installing ventilation for our attic. The work continued through June 12th. At that time my wife presented one of the Jerry Newman Roofing subcontractors a check for the balance owed. After inspection of all the work performed it has been determined that the work is not satisfactory to us or to the any of the professionals who have checked the work. We will need to have the entire job redone by a different contractor as Jerry Newman Roofing became extremely angry and aggressive with me when I brought their works shortcomings to their attention. I have almost 100 pictures and videos of the entire project before, during and after. Including videos of Jerry Newman employees trying to bully me into accepting their shoddy work and trying to make it my fault. I am in the process of acquiring unbiased professional appraisals of all the work Jerry Newman Roofing subcontracted. I am also consulting with a local civil attorney. I have documented every aspect of this situation but it is over ***** characters and wouldn't fit. After inspecting the work it has been determined to be unsatisfactory to us and many professionals. The Salesman and ******* became angry and aggressive when I pointed out mistakes.
