Ordered shotgun online, they send a confirmation to my e-mail, took a money from my credit card and sold my gun to somebody else. Then send me a cancelation notice saying OUT of order. This message popped out right after I purchased this gun, telling me this was the last one. I called the business asking questions, and rude lady named **** over the phone said they do not update their system and the gun had been sold to somebody else. I asked what time it happened having a time stamp on my transaction thinking I was the first one. Lady did not care, she said "I do not know who purchased the gun, how do you want me to find it?" OMG, selling guns they have no idea who was the one that placed the order? Out of control. I wanted to point out that if I was the first one, the other person should receive the message since gun is still not picked up (3 days waiting) that his transaction has been cancelled. Rude lady over the phone said, "You know what, never call, never come to the store, bye" hanging up the phone on me.
