I have ordered from the company twice and they sent me a broken item twice and the same one. The product is a Glacier Bay with a handheld sprayer.Business response

We first received an order from this customer on 6/13/23 for a new "Glacier Bay 8473100GW 5-Spray Wall Bar Shower Kit in Chrome." Upon receiving the item, the customer complained that the product "looked used and water spots n shower head." The customer returned the item to us and was issued a full refund for the order. We inspected the item and determined that it was unused, but the packaging had incurred some damage during shipping. We relisted it under the condition of "Used Like New," and stated that "the packaging has some damage and has been opened." The customer ordered the same item, now under the condition of Used Like New, on 6/23/23. The customer failed to notice that the order was from our company once again and that it was a used item. When the item was received the customer returned it again, complaining "I was sent the exact same damaged one I ordered before. What is wrong with your company?" They initiated another return, and were fully refunded. Throughout this entire process, the customer never contacted us with questions or complaints. They were full refunded for both orders. We have attached screenshots showing all of this information. This issue has already been fully resolved because the customer has received their money back in both instances. They have not contacted us with any additional complaint or requests. Thank you.
