              IKE"s dealership worked on my car a little over a year ago. They said the issue was my spark plugs. They supposedly had changed all of them but instead of putting 6 Honda spark plugs they put in one Ford spark plug. They had charged me 596.39. Just over a month ago my engine light came on again. I had my car towed to Cape Giradeau Honda. They said that the problem were in my spark plugs. They repair cost was 653.69, I went back to Honda and had a meeting with service manager. He said he had no ideal how a Ford spark plug got into my car. I told him I felt like I paid twice for the same thing and should be and compensated for them doing the job incorrectly. The service manager disagreed and said I would not be compensated for anything that was done incorrectly on my car. I felt Honda ripped me off by not correcting the problem and on the top of that they put a used Ford spark plug in my Honda. I have the spark plugs and even the Ford spark plug illustrated on the pictures below.

              ****************** is great! I had a recall on my CRV and they were very helpful on getting it scheduled the same time I had my regular service. Their estimated time to complete the service was accurate. And the staff were very accommodating while I waited for my car to be done. I would highly recommend their service department.
