            They put a refurbished engine in my truck last July, November 14th 2023 the engine failed. As of this date I dont have the truck and I dont think are in any hurry to resolve the problem.

            I asked for a repair and was quoted a price range of 2 to 4 times the range given by *************** **** and others who have had the same repair at other **** dealers.

            We apologize for any misunderstand that *** have occurred during your visit and subsequent pricing. The particular repair pricing you requested has unintended issues that *** arise during the repairs. We try to give pricing that would be a worst case scenario so the customer is completely aware of the potential costs. Most general pricing for this repair will not include the potential surprises that *** arise. Once again, sorry for any misunderstanding or confusion in this matter.
