I went in there the other evening with my two granddaughters. On the kids menu, they didn't have any ribs. I found a half slab of ribs for $17.99. They brought the ribs out and there were four ribs. I asked the waitress about it and she said I had to talk to the manager. I spoke to the manager and she told me I had to take it. I asked another customer about it and the manager told me she was calling the police. I wrote a review about. They responded online to my review and said the half slab came to 7-8 ribs.Business response

She made us aware of the discrepancy in the amount of ribs she received. I spoke with the chefs and they said that the meet was already precut and portioned out for half racks and full racks. I did notice the the customer had given portions of the the ribs to her young children. The customer seemed irate and demanded a full refund. However, she had eaten most of the meal and we still offered them more ribs to supplement the half rack order. She refused to pay and started to yell while customers were trying to eat. Had she mentioned the portion concern prior to her eating some of the meal, I would have been able to charge her for the meal. She made this concern aware to us when the bill came out. We are sorry she was not happy with the portions and what she had paid. We try to take care of our customers.
