I think the company might be running a scam. They required a $25 deposit in order to make the appointment. They called an hour before they were supposed to show on December 18th and said they werent coming and needed to reschedule and we agreed on today 1/2/24 as the next best date. They were a no call no show again for an appointment today that was supposed to be from 1600-**** hours. I called at **** hours to see what was going on, they said they had to find the technician and see what happened. I waited until **** hours for a call back or technician to show with negative results. I called back at **** and they said that they are waiting for the technician. I called back at **** hours when I still hadnt spoken to anyone and they said they didnt have a manager for me to speak too. And that the owner/manager was the technician that was to be at my house today is the one I want to speak to. But I cant get his number, I just have to wait for a call back. When I said I want my deposit back and will reschedule, the employee said what deposit? I said your website requires me to put in my credit card information in order to make an appointment. He didnt know what I was talking about and said the technician could still show up and work overnight hours in between **** and **** hours the next day. I advised him that I live alone and unfortunately have to keep my work schedule and that I cant have someone in my home in the middle of the night. At this time its **** hours and I still have not received a call back from the manager/owner of the business.

I paid for a rug cleaning service of two area rugs on July 13, which were not cleaned using the proper technique, leaving the rugs stained and noticeably hard to the touch. Both rugs were in like new condition and cleaning was requested just for maintaining longevity of rugs. I am told that rugs with viscose must be treated off site to ensure proper cleaning and drying and one rug likely cannot be restored. The white rug is made of wool, viscose and cotton. It is stained a brown color and is hard in all areas treated by *** Carpet Pro. The 9x12 rug is a mix of colors, mostly grey masking the damage.I am requesting the replacement of one rug, and a full return of monies paid. The Company stated that the company would replace the white rug if it could not be fixed, but now refuses.Timeline July 12, 2023: Called for cleaning request and scheduled for July 13 July 13: Cleaning occurred after rugs were inspected and rug materials were verified by review tag. I was told that it will take a couple of days to dry. I was invoiced and paid $159.July 15: Notified the company of discoloration and texture changes and sent pictures. July 17: Both rugs were recleaned.July 18: **************** of continuing damage. Technician returned and treated.July 19: **************** of continuing damage. Technician returned and treated and agreed next step is to pick up the rug for off site treatment. July 20: **************** of continuing damage. Technician asked for a link to the rug from a retailer in case it must be replaced. July 21: Technician returned to treat the rug and refused to take it as previously indicated. July 22: **************** of continuing damage. Technician returned and treated.July 24: Technician returned and treated. July 25: **************** that ******** rug was still damaged. Requested replacement, given treatments have not worked and appear to damage the texture more.August 9: Was offered refund.
