I had an unsatisfactory encounter with the owner of this company. The owner, ****, of this company was considered strange for requesting to walk around my home and asking personal inquiries like my marital status, and asked as to why I've never been married. Wierd and disturbing. **** also failed to disclose any additional fees beforehand and added them to the services provided. Furthermore, started charging me the moment he arrived for 30 minutes of non work performed. When I expressed concerns about his rate and charges, his attitude and behavior were also perceived as uncomfortable and signs of anger. I suggest others to be cautious when allowing this company into their homes and to be aware of any additional charges. I will not be utilizing this company again. I do not have any pictures to post, however, I do have complete audio of the entire interaction from my security system. #Dissatisfied #Tried2SupportBlkOwned #HustleOverGoodBusinessBusiness response

Tony's Fane-tastic Handyman and HVAC Services seeks to deliver professional and quality service to all of our customers. In no way would I ever make a customer feel uncomfortable. I am afraid personable, friendly banter was perceived as being "weird" or "strange". The prices quoted were discussed in advance. ****'s Fane-tastic reached out the customer to make amends and was not able to leave a message, as no voicemail was set up.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
have an audio recording of the conversation I had with the owner. In the audio, you can hear him asking personal questions while not doing any work. He still charged me for that time. When I asked for the total cost mid-way through the installation of an outlet in my spare bedroom, he told me it would be $600. I was shocked as that was an unreasonable amount for only one outlet. The audio and video recordings of the conversation in my bedroom show **** becoming angry when I expressed my concerns about the cost. I have a cloud-based security system that captures audio and video both inside and outside my home, which serves as proof in situations like this. If **** wants to listen to the recording or if I can upload it, I'm happy to do so.
