For the transaction amount of $430.54 I am requesting $158.84 be returned for the unfinished services of not completing the bathroom and backerboard materials. The shelving on the invoice was done. I've tried to dispute with my bank, but paid Mr. Donovan the ownver of Rescomm via CashApp and those funds are not retrievable. I am requesting $118.12 back on the other invoice because he didn't finish all of the electral/outlets and didn't clean up anything.

All work i was given the go ahead to do was completed if required materials were on site. I was not initially in charge of materials pertaining to electrical work and I had already purchased materials for flooring work. At this point I had already invested a significant amount of my time and funding in travel and acquiring materials for the work originally agreed. The customer after initial payment decided not to move forward with agreed work do to insufficient funds or so I was told. There was nothing charged for clean up and there was multiple contractors and cash paid individuals working at the same time I was working. Despite this I did clean up multiple times and in doing so picked up and disposed of both my waste and waste of others working. To my current knowledge the work that I was contracted to perform was omitted do to insufficient funds. However, the property owner maintained paying a cash worker (not licensed or insured as a business) to continue and ultimately finish all work the homeowner originally desired to do through myself and others. The fact that I provided a extremely discounted rate for work due to the volume of work originally agreed to was conveyed to the homeowner and understood. This was also brought up as a reminder when she opted to reduce the work to be done as I had already invested significant amounts of time and had a outlay of funds for materials, fuel and overhead. The bathroom floor and backer board was never started by my company. We did use our time to acquire the materials and was eager to get started. Her choice to omitt the work from our agreement and hire a cash worker off the street is not a choice to be made at my expense and she should have inquired with me regarding a refund prior to omitting the agreed to and contracted labor...
