    On July 30th I booked a room through booking.com around 7pm for that evening, when I arrived around 10:30pm the lady at the front desk was explaining that they did not have any more rooms and that booking.com was overbooking their rooms, I called booking.com to make sure the room was completely cancelled. I understand that a hold would be on card for a couple of days, but the charge from Quality Inn hard posted. On Wednesday, August 3rd is when I called Quality Inn and got a very nice young lady by the name of *** and explained what happened and she was going to have the manager give me a call, I waited a few days and no call. I called again on Saturday, just to be told that the manager will not be in until after 3pm and I left another message for callback. On Tuesday, August 9th I called in the afternoon around 1pm and was told to callback after 3pm when the manager ******* should be in, I called at 3:18pm and got *** again who said the manager was not available because she had not arrived yet and I again left another message. By Thursday I still have not received a callback from ******* and I called again after 2pm and again left another message. It is now Monday August 15th and still no callback. I called today just to be told the manager will be in at 10am tomorrow and I left another message for a callback. I have spent two weeks calling and not being able to speak to a manager about this issue, the charge was for $121 and I have never had to work so hard for a conversation yet alone my refund. I would like for some in the ****************** to help me get this issue resolved and hopefully get the issues with customer service resolved with it's staff.

    My family and I were treated horribly at this hotel. The first night my granddaughter got sick and threw up on the bed, we called down to the front desk to let them know what happened and asked if we could get some clean sheets and blankets for the bed, we were told that housekeeping was not there and they did not have access to clean sheets and bedding and that he was busy at the time my daughter asked if the hotel was full he said no she asked if we could be moved to a different room he said no she asked if it's possible we could get linen from another bed in a room that was not being used he also said no. The four of us had to sleep in one bed that night because we had no sheets and the mattress on the other bed was stained as well. The next day we left at 9:00 a.m. going into the city expecting that the room will be clean when we got back we arrived back at the hotel at 8:00 p.m. and our room had not been cleaned I went down to the front desk and asked why my room had not been cleaned and he said he did not know why he then said we were not on the list to be cleaned. I also inquired as to why I was charged $150 this morning on my credit card on top of what I paid for the two nights stay in the hotel he replied that it was a deposit I asked why I wasn't charged when I checked in then he said we charged you $150 for the sheets because they have been destroyed. My daughter asked if we could get clean sheets and towels for our room since it was not cleaned he told us no he said that we could not have clean sheets and towels because we might ruin them. After an hour we will finally given sheets and towels and they were ripped and stained as well. After going through their reviews for the last 6 years this is not an isolated incident this is something that they done to quite a few people. They would not give me names and or numbers of a manager. I was laughed at and ridiculed. I will never stay at this hotel chain ever again!!
