After making a purchase using my credit card thru them, I discovered that Rogers and ******* had conducted a hard credit inquiry without my authorization. This unauthorized action appeared on my credit report shortly after, which could potentially affect my credit score.Unauthorized credit inquiries can have significant implications for consumers, as they may lower credit scores and remain on credit reports for up to two years. As a long-standing customer, I was surprised and disappointed by this oversight.
