I paid for the chemical treatment of my property, involving specific direction to address multiple areas with issues including excessive weed growth, and poor grass growth. I have called the company and salesman directly on a number of occasions to address the issues in which I paid for. The company does not respond in any sort of timely fashion, or even at all at times. I have paid out of pocket for my own chemical treatment to maintain the property causing extra expenses. I have also contacted the company regarding other issues/opportunities for needs on my property without receiving a response, or any quotes promised. As of late, I have made a last attempt to voice my concern over the level of weeds present and overall condition of my property with a promise to address it, which once again, has not happened. The salesman has personally told me the acquisition of another company has caused problems with the level of service provided to other customers including personal references that I provided. I'm seeking a full refund of the payment made as the company clearly did not live up to their services as promised. Furthermore the company has made no attempt to correct the situation or make an appearance at my property to evaluate the condition of previously mentioned issues.Initial Complaint

I paid $550.80 to ******************* of Rubino Landscapes via Master Card on 3-12-22 in advance for 3 lawn treatments (fertilizer and weed control). The first application was done in April. I have been calling multiple times every week since then to complain about the patches of yellow discoloration of the lawn and stripes of weeds missed during the application and the fact they missed about half the property. To date, I have not received any response from Rubino Landscapes regarding this matter. I am looking got a refundBusiness response

Hello
by the time we actually received this concerned homeowners submission, we had completed the homeowner's 2nd pre-paid visit, which we did not see this until a second notice was sent to us, but the homeowner's scheduled visit was right on schedule. There were 3 pre-paid visits for this homeowner, one spring, one in the summer and one in the fall. Regarding the phone troubles, we are very sorry, we had a problem with our phone system that we were not getting all the messages and/or calls for some time as they were supposed to forward to a designated person and if that person wasn't available to answer the call, it would forward to a designated email based on the phone extension entered, basically this process was not working properly. We have recently fixed the problem, but many of the voice messages were deleted while trying to fix the issue, which may have been why were are receiving this concern. Again, we are sorry for any inconvenience and hopefully we've addressed our issues to be able to retrieve messages or phone calls without the problem happening again.

I paid in advance 160$ for 5 lawn care treatments every 6 weeks starting in April. To date I have only had 1 treatment in April. I called in June spoke with ******************* and he advised they would be out in June. To date they have not shown up and I have called several times and emailed several times and no response or return phone call. I want a refund for the 4 remaining lawn care treatments.Customer response
