I invited *********************** of Keller Williams Realty to my home to give me a home market analysis. She came to my home, and we spoke of the updating that my home needs, and my plans to paint and do some minor repairs such as refinishing the bathtub, painting chipped and peeling paint and to fix a broken door. **** advised me not to do the repairs and told me to list my house immediately because the market is hot and my home should sell with multiple offers within days of listing.**** hired a professional photographer who took many pictures and used photo shop to drastically change the look of the exterior as well as the interior of my home. She "erased" many imperfections. After about 10 showings on my house and no offers, I informed my real estate agent that I would like to address the issues that are keeping my house from selling, and I have photos of the items that I wanted to address. My real estate agent will not allow my to remove my listing to perform the repairs. I feel that she misrepresented my home by publishing very photo shopped pictures, and she will not allow my to take care of issues that prevented people from making any offer on my home. Now she has my home in a temporary off market status, leaving me with no way to sell my house with another agent. Basically she is not allowing me to sell my home. I feel she is harassing me and is causing great stress and anxiety for me.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: There are several untruths in the response that the business made. I did pay the agent to withdraw my listing, but that was because I could not obtain a home equity line of credit while my home was in the **** I needed it removed immediately so that I could pursue getting the loan. I made it very clear to the agent, **** Bremer that I was doing so under duress. There are several other things that are not accurate as well.
Sincerely,

To Whom It May ***************** mentioned in the original response, releasing the seller from agreement was allowed with the reimbursement for cost of professional photos or $207.
As also stated in the original response, managing broker only placed seller listing in TEMP off market status as seller was denying showings placing brokerage/agent in jeopardy of being fined for each denied showing.
Per the additional information from Seller in the updated BBB complaint indicating the listing needed to be removed from MLS to obtain loan, this statement fully conflicts with what Seller told the managing broker, in that as long as listing was in TEMP status Seller was not able to obtain loan.
At Seller request we reactivated to Active status. The Seller denied showings again with one exception. Within 24 hours of the showing, we were asked again by the Seller to change the listing to TEMP off market. She then paid the $207 cost of the professional photos within 2 hours of her request, and the listing was subsequently canceled.
All other statements included in the original response remain accurate as provided.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:There are very many inaccuracies in both responses from the agent. I will address some of them, because to address all of them would be too confusing to the reader.
First, I was not working with The ********************** team for a full year as stated in the first repsonse. I had contacted **** ********************** along with several other agents about a year ago to get an idea what my house could be marketed for. This was in no way an ongoing relationship, and I barely remember even speaking to Ms. ********************** at that time.
Second, Ms. ********************** is absolutely the person who priced my home. We had discussed a lower amount, but based on a home listing of Ms. ********************** that had recently gone under contract that was a direct comparable, Ms. ********************** suggested the ******* price point. I agreed based on the comparables that she showed me. I have proof of this and many other things in emails between Ms. ********************** and myself. I will provide if requested.
Third, The roof on my home is in great condition. I have no idea what Ms. ********************** is referring to when she states that she recommends that update.
Forth, I did not paint the bathroom. I painted the tub only. It was chipped and peeling in really bad condition with mold. Ms. ********************** advised me not to paint it, and not to paint the bedroom that had a damaged wall that had been repaired and needed painting over. Again, I have this all in emails and I also have photos.
The last discrepancy I will address is the fact that I am the one who demanded that my home be taken out of the **** and I requested to end my professional relationship with Ms. ********************** due to the fact that she was giving me advice that I absolutely did not agree with. She was rude and an extreme bully when we had phone conversations, so I required all of our communications be held via email or text as I knew that this professional relationship was absolutely breaking down and we could not continue.
The situation with my trying to obtain a home equity loan was to make some more improvements that I felt necessary, and as long as the ********************** team refused to accept the fact that I did not wish to work with them based on my complaints and would not release my listing out of temporary, I could not obtain a loan as long as my home was listed even in temporary in the **** All of these things are easily proved.
I paid the 207 so that the ********************** team would release my listing from the *** and I could continue moving forward and obtain the loan that I desire. I would like my ****** returned to me, because as I stated before, **** ********************** is fully aware of the fact that I paid that under extreme duress.
I will be happy to provide photos and emails if requested.
Sincerely,
*****************************
