On 12/7/23, I ordered 6mo worth of weightloss supplements from Puravive with a 6mo satisfaction guarantee. I lost 2lbs so I asked in May how to proceed to get my refund. Was told theempty bottles had to be returned by 6/4. I sent them back & got an email from **** stating the package was delivered & recieved by Puravive on 5/31. I sent multiple emails asking the status of my return to constantly get a stock answer telling me how the process works once they recieve the package, which didn't pertain to me cuz they had the package already. So I had to wait till my bank statement showed up & it did not have a refund listed. I sent another message telling them I shouldve gotten a refund but didn't & wanted my refund since it had been over a month since my return had been recieved. I included the Tracking info as well. I got a message asking for the tracking #. I told them it was at the bottom of my last email & included the screenshot of the **** email with both the tracking # & the statement that it was recieved by Puravive on 5/31. I was then told that I had exceeded the 6month window to recieve a refund! I sent several more emails asking how I exceeded the refund window when I actually got the package there 4 days earlier than told to have it there by & I have only gotten the same messages stating I needed to have it there by 6/4 so I exceeded the refund window. Again, I sent them screenshots of the email stating the package was recieved by their company on 5/31 & sent screenshot of the actual **** reciept showing when it was sent & expected with the tracking # as well. I contacted the # provided on their website & it only goes to *********. Who told me I was charged over $240. My bank statement shows over $210. PayPal said it showed over $240 as well. I paid over $11 to ship back the empty bottles on ********* did me no good. I have numerous ************** of what I'm saying except for the $240 info cuz those were phone calls.
