I had called Wednesday to make an appointment for my dog as he has a UTI, was able to get him in Friday morning. I was than told I needed to get a sample of his pee and just drop off when I can before his appointment. I went to drop of his pee Wednesday after work. While I was there they told me I needed to pay, I apologized as I thought I would just pay for it all during his actual appointment. They asked if I could pay over the phone I said yes, but its 4:41pm and Im over 20mins away from home, you guys close at 5pm. This front desk lady was rude, had nothing but attitude and just said okay. So this morning I called, I asked to speak with management about the payment and see if they do actually need it now or if I can just pay when I come in on Friday morning. ***** the lady who answered the phone told me she would have management call me later. No problem. Well I just got a call back from *****, and she said the doctor said because of the payment issue that they are going to part ways with us, I said excuse me? I had no problem paying at all, I just didnt have my debit card and you guys said I could pay over the phone, she proceeded to tell me that it doesnt matter and good luck finding a new vet. I asked to speak with management multiple times and she hung up. Great customer service! We were dropped the day before my dog is to be seen about his UTI. Told me to have a great day and that they disposed of his pee.They also bashed me in their ******** page. I have screenshots of everything.
