      I placed an order for Curling Cream and Double Butter cream on the website which was confirmed on 8/31/2022. My credit card was charged $20.69, order number *****. I received an email the same day that the shipment was on the way (Fed Ex shipping is included). 9/3 I received an email that it was to be delivered the next business day, tracking number ************. I emailed AS I AM on 9/8 asking for a status update. They did not respond. I sent a second email on 9/10 asking where my package was since the tracking was still showing that it was "out for delivery." No response was received. I then called and left a voicemail. Neither my call nor my emails were returned. The Fed Ex status still shows 'out for delivery.' It's fraudulent to take a customers money and without delivering the products or even responding to emails. That is theft. As I Am Naturally may not be accredited but they need to be held accountable.

      I have purchased multiple bottles of As I Am's: ************************* water spray 16 oz....prior to finishing my first and 2nd bottles these two bottles leaked out this liquid while I had these bottles in spray mode, I emailed this company on May 13th to alert them of a problem with this spray bottle, I received no response at all from them. I tried to call them at phone number I listed and a recording answers phone and states that this company can't take calls right now, then hangs up the phone. My 2nd bottle while fully closed inside a bag with other hair products somehow leaked.....then my 3rd bottle which has never been used or opened at all completely leaked out inside bag it was in. There is an issue with this particular spray bottle which they put this product in, which does not stay fully closed/secured and has ability to empty out completely where ever it is stored.I want this business to respond....then to either replace all three bottles or to issue coupons to repurchase them. I have attached all 3 bottles batch numbers from the bottom. IGNORING A CUSTOMER IS HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!
