  Windows were purchased and installed around February 2021...shortly there after we have had problems with our bay windows. Contacted the company alot of air coming through two sides windows.....they said they would replace them.......months went by and nothing. Contacted them again and finally someone came out and tried to fix them. The man brought two new side windows...and told me at that time the windows he brought did not fit.So he left, I am 90 years old and have been calling and trying to get them to help me since they were put in. They are now telling me that my warranty is up. But I have tried from the beginning to have them fixed and because of their time frame. I am not out of warranty and stuck with windows that dont keep the air out. It get get very cold in the winter here. Our invoice number is ****.

  This is the window manufactures issue, NOT an install issue. We are in contact with the manufacture and are trying to resolve the window problem.

  WE have been told for over a year this is a windows problem.....you order the windows and your have to come and install...you have not provided the correct size of windows and 

  have not been up front about any of this and do not keep us informed ...it is months before we here anything....and Last week you called and told me the company would not honor this problem///

  I am waiting for a timely response about replacing windows......Its been over a year.

  This is an untruth I personally,   I Kathy  ***** spoke with this couple's daughter ***** on Monday 7/25/2022 and told her I would see this thru until the end.  The manufacturer sent them a letter dated June 29, 2022 stating they need clear (in focus) color photographs, both interior and exterior views.  ***** said she would do this and explained that her parents were in their 80's. Case claim number being 02439970.  This photo was to be sent to Window Warranty Services   3773 **********  in **************, ****  44223.   

  Prior to this the couple accepted the window and and because there was an error We Classic Gutter offered them a $500.00 discount of which they accepted.  I hope this helps clear this matter and you remove this complaint.
