I checked in 05/05/22 AND CHECKED OUT 05-07/22. Two days are the only days my 92-year-old mother and I stayed. I am 63 100% on disability. Once I got home and checked my balance on my credit card, I noticed they charged me another $207.85 after I left. I have called and left voice messages, I have sent emails with the bill I received from them upon check out. This here in Georgia is against the law. I think it is there in Illinois as well. If I call to get the name of the man who told me on the phone as well as in person it was resolved and do not worry about it, I get transferred to a line taht no one ever returns my calls' ( ****************** ) I have sent emails to this woman as Capitol one says she is the one disputing the charges, no answer. And she has not the decency of returning my emails. Incident #: ************* this is what I got from ****** who owns Harrahs. This is the only response I have from them I had 2 reservations ***** and *****, of which I have explained and explained I only had one, AND CANCELLED THE OTHER ONE. THE HOTEL CLERK WHEN I CALLED TOLD ME THIS, AND I HAD NO IDEA I WAS TO RECORD HARRAHS EMPOLYEES AS WELL AS FILM THEM. I am on a fixed income and if I booked it I would pay for it. But I did not stay an additional night. Their website is not easy for me, which is why I CALLEDBusiness response

I have looked into Ms. ******'s allegations. Our Hotel Manager was aware of this situation and has contacted Ms. ****** via email to explain on our no call/no show policy which is full charge plus tax for the first night. We were told that she also disputed this with Capital One but was found liable of charges. I see on this complaint that she provided her confirmation numbers, however if she cancelled the room per our company policy, she would be able to provide a cancellation number which is given to the patrons when they cancel a room.
