      On the 16 July 2022 I placed an order for wound care supplies and after 3 days the order is still being processed. I called the company on 19 July 2022 spoke with ******* in customer ********************** who stated the supplies ordered were on back order but was anticipating merchandise by the end of business yesterday. On 20 July 2022 I placed another call to shop MedVet.com and my order ****** is still in process, items remain on back order. I hadnt received am email update other than the original order conformation so I sent them an email inquiring about the order, the lack of information available to me the consumer regarding out of stock items has preventing me from making an informed decision about the purchase from the company. Had I known MedVet had no supplies I would have shopped elsewhere. I ordered from MedVet because supplies were needed in a timely manner. I requesting a full refund. I asked them to cancel this order. I doubt they will. Disclosure is not a principle for this company. When I called this company ******* was not forthcoming about my order. I gave my order number and she said nothing. I had to pry the order information out of her. Why is the order still in process.. when can I expect the order. Frustrating. Non professional attitude.

      I see that your order was requested to cancel on the 20th of July, and has since been cancelled and payment has been voided.

      This voided of payment can take 2-4 days for your bank to fully accept.

       

      Most of your items were in stock, however we were waiting for the last item to arrive today, July 21st.

      Once that item was received we were intending to release your order under one shipment to avoid multiple packages.

      However we understand that you needed your order shipped right away and apolagize that we were not notified you needed this delivered asap.

      Please let us know in the future if you need any expedited shipping or immediate release of order, as we can ensure prompt shipment.

      We would love to accomidate your request and provide multiple packages if needed.

       

      Per your request we have cancelled your order within our system, however please let us know if we can assist you in the future.

      I placed an order with this company and am very unhappy with my purchase. The picture is very deceiving. I KNOW that each Individual package contains 6 strips. My doctor has given me these as I had a TKR. I figured I would buy some so I dont have to keep asking my doctor for some. The picture is what I thought I was purchasing 6 WHOLE BOXES of 6 strips per individual package as I know how many come in them. I thought this company sold them by the box and thought what a deal. NOT at all what I was expecting to receive. I have contacted them requesting a REFUND and want to know how to return for a refund. First class shipping is also NOT $6.99 So disappointed- want a REFUND! Thank you

      Thank you for your recent inquiry,

      We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, However the inventory being sold at the price of $98.91 was oversold online.

      On Monday the 21st Med-Vet realized the internal system error on the website end of which accepted an overage on this item.

      Instead of cancelling the order Med-Vet wanted to provide proper customer ********************** by giving the customer an option of paying the manufactures new suggested retail for the item.

      If accepted Med-Vet would reach out to the manufacture and obtain new inventory for the customer.

      While we understand this may have upset the customer, we strive for excellence customer **********************.

      We truly apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and see a refund was processed to the customer in full amount.

      I am rejecting this response because:

       

      If a company advertises a price and then charges that price. I expect them to honor that price. In light of their stated response it is clear that they didn't even have the inventory on hand that they were selling.

       

      I no longer wish for them to honor my order. Even if they take a smaller margin on it, I do not want this company getting any money from me.

       

      While I am dropping my goal of receiving this product for them, this is clearly not a business that I intend to utilize ever again. I don't care what they do at this point, or how the BBB handles this matter. While I expect it to be considered "resolved" there should be a * after it that says the customer is dissatisfied and will not return.
