The worse company ever...had a guy come install water heater...he said nothing to me or my wife acted scared when my wife walked to his window in our drive way and asked him to just move car so she can pull out....he opened my closet looking for piping didnt know and left open removed paneling and opened circuit box left the box open and paneling out....then when he left said sump pump needs replace I asked can he or someone in company fix it......his response "I dont know I don't call office and see". He told me he would leave water heater and pick up when done draining however he never said that water could flood my basement again from snow melting outside and my pump *** stop working....so next day its water everywhere in basement. I had them come back out and apologize and say he doesn't talk. Thats not right to be in a persons house and not communicate about issues. So when other people came out said they would get water up and fix sump pump if I paid for pump. But found out the other guy that came out lied and said it was water everywhere when he came I informed them I had water but it did not leak to my carpet in basement until today. So the new guy was rude and said I'm not fixing no **** water heater for free. Called spoke to manager advised him or how the first gentlemen acted towards my wife and myself it felt borderline racist manager got attitude and said he 'want to hear it and proceded to say the guy didnt have time to tell me that water could back up after he installed water heater because he had already been out. I said thats not my problem he is on call its a requirement and he should still tell me about possible flooding with sump pump not fixed. PLEASE DO NOT WORK WITH THESES PEOPLE!!!!!! Their false and have bad customer service.
