      On 12/29/23 I purchased 4 new Michelin Defender LTX MS 2 275 tires at Mr. **** in ******, **; I also had a mailer for a $100 rebate. After the appointment, the store manager verified I was eligible and gave me the paperwork to file the rebate. Not long after the sale and well before the rebate deadline of 1/31/24, I submitted the rebate paperwork online at tirerewardcenter.com. On 1/12/24 I received an email stating Submission ID: ******* Dear ***********************,Thank you for your submission to the Michelin Fulfillment Center. We received your redemption and processed your information. Unfortunately, your recent tire redemption has been denied for the following reason(s):The date of the tire purchase falls outside of the eligible promotional period.I've since sent 3 emails requesting the rebate be resubmitted and approved and have included the receipt showing the date of purchase and the rebate redemption instructions

      I am ****************************************** my life that I have posted a negative review on a company but I hope I can help another consumer not get taken advantage of like I was ,I purchased a new net of Michelin Defender tires on 6/5/23 and was told by the dealership that i would get a **** reward card up to$110 for submitting online my purchase before 7/16/23 ,I sent a copy of my invoice to tireRewardCenter.com on 6/5/23 and when I called Michelin after 6 weeks to check the status of my **** card was told I was not in the system so I mailed a hard copy of my invoice with the date of 6/5/23 on top which was proof I sent the invoice from my end to the correct email I was told to send it and then I received a letter that said my redemption had been denied because my submission was postmarked after the deadline so I called on the phone to explain that the hard copy of my invoice was postmarked after the submission date but it had the date on the top of the invoice where i had submitted the invoice on line before the redemption deadline and the first representative I talked to said that I was correct and she was going to override the denied redemption and then she said her computer would not let her override the denied redemption but would transfer me to a supervisor who would take care of me and after a delayed hold time a supervisor answered **** how can I help you and I said I am waiting to talk to a Michelin redemption supervisor and was told that was her so explained my situation from start to finish and then she said nothing can be done because my submission was received after the redemption so I said if she would look at the top of the invoice of the hard copy I sent it would show the date where I emailed the invoice before the dead line and her only response was that my tire redemption request is denied so disappointed in a big Company like Michelin who does not follow through on a advertised Redemption
