I am ****************************************** my life that I have posted a negative review on a company but I hope I can help another consumer not get taken advantage of like I was ,I purchased a new net of Michelin Defender tires on 6/5/23 and was told by the dealership that i would get a **** reward card up to$110 for submitting online my purchase before 7/16/23 ,I sent a copy of my invoice to tireRewardCenter.com on 6/5/23 and when I called Michelin after 6 weeks to check the status of my **** card was told I was not in the system so I mailed a hard copy of my invoice with the date of 6/5/23 on top which was proof I sent the invoice from my end to the correct email I was told to send it and then I received a letter that said my redemption had been denied because my submission was postmarked after the deadline so I called on the phone to explain that the hard copy of my invoice was postmarked after the submission date but it had the date on the top of the invoice where i had submitted the invoice on line before the redemption deadline and the first representative I talked to said that I was correct and she was going to override the denied redemption and then she said her computer would not let her override the denied redemption but would transfer me to a supervisor who would take care of me and after a delayed hold time a supervisor answered **** how can I help you and I said I am waiting to talk to a Michelin redemption supervisor and was told that was her so explained my situation from start to finish and then she said nothing can be done because my submission was received after the redemption so I said if she would look at the top of the invoice of the hard copy I sent it would show the date where I emailed the invoice before the dead line and her only response was that my tire redemption request is denied so disappointed in a big Company like Michelin who does not follow through on a advertised RedemptionReview from Jim V

I have a Michelin reward card that expired 8/2023. Today is 9/6/2023. I havent used any of the money on the card I would like to receive the $70.Review from Louisa Z

I was on vacation and got two flat tires. I was able to roll into a tire dealer and asked about getting new tires. My SUV is 4 wheel drive so I decided to get four new tires. I have been a faithful bridgestone customer for many years but the dealer did not carry any. They suggested michelins, which they sell and stock, and sold me a set for $1300, but explained I would get a $100 rebate. I tried to do the rebate online but it would not allow me to download my receipts...so, I faxed them. I have not heard anything. I figure this is rebate is a scam and I am very disgusted with michelin. I looked online and it said my rebate was denied. I have an F-350 that will need tires soon. I liked the feel of the michelins on my subaru and thought maybe I will try them on my truck, but this rebate thing has me pissed. I hate rebates and it's only a hundred dollars but I am disgusted if a company goes back on their word- Integrity of a company is everything to me and I won't do any more business with a company that would screw their customers like this. I can imagine there is a lot of folks out there that could really use that 100 dollars back after spending 1300 on a set of tires.

I am very sorry for the confusion. I have been able to locate his submission and actually found 2 submissions. The one was denied for being a duplicate and the other one was approved. The card for $110 was mailed on 7/3 and should be arriving any day.Review from Frank D

I received my car which was supposed to hav 97. On it. I tried to use it and it then said it only had 47. On it so I used the 47 and then when I got home I call the number and it then said it had another 48. On it. I could not get customer service to pick up after several calls. Very poor and frustrating reward system. I like their tires but their reward system is a scam. In my opinion.Review from Linda E

I sent in by mail a receipt/invoice for 4 new Michelin Defender tires that I purchased at Cumberland Toyota in Cookeville, TN on 12/2022 as their website instructed me to do. I received an email from Michelin stating that I had not sent them the invoice that I did send them with my email address at the top of it as they requested. Otherwise, how did they know my email address and how to contact me? I feel they are trying to steal the $70 rebate that I should be receiving.Michelin® Consumer Reward Center Response
