    Better Business Bureau is advising consumers to use caution when considering doing business with K.E. Soul Boutique.  BBB has received a pattern of consumer complaints alleging failure to deliver ordered items, failure to provide a refund, failure to contact consumers and poor customer service. 

    On December 11, 2020 and December 22, 2022, BBB sent letters to K.E. Soul Boutique with its concerns.  The company did not respond to the letters.

    8/3 I ordered a sweatshirt for $50. I have ordered multiple times before with no issue. I have emailed and messaged the owner and website with no reply. And no refund

    The business progressively got worse and worse. They swore they werent closing like other boutiques. However, without any warning their app is not updated, emails are full and/or not responded to, and items paid in full have not been shipped or refunded. No explanation provided. The owner made posts about her former business partner in the past and painted herself as the victim. Ironically, her business is not operating now. What you do in the dark comes to light. She deleted messages on Instagram when I couldnt receive a response from the numerous emails. She also posts about her husbands South County business. I think a lot of people have been patient and respectful while she stole money and broadcasts her husbands place. I dont trust someone like this and all business for clothing and the restaurant are over. Embarrassing and disgraceful. Just be honest and provide an update and refunds.
