I originally contacted ***** from Bedrock Exterior Contractors on June 29th to inspect our roof which was storm damaged and severely leaking. We were quoted a price and he required a certain amount to begin the job. The check was cashed for several thousand and we never heard from him. I contacted *** and ********************* who were uninformed about the situation. They told us they would look into it and follow up. After over a week we had not heard from either of them. I called and finally was able to get ahold of someone but we continued to get the run around since September we follow up weekly and are told we are on the list for the following week. It is now November and our roof has yet to be fixed. We continue to get the run around or are just completely ignored. At this point I am beyond frustrated with the poor communication and am worried we are not going to get our money back in which I requested but was ignored. I was recently told materials are set to arrive by Friday 11/5 ( they did not come) or by Monday 11/8 I will update this review if anything is done.
