My experience there was the worst. First of all they were not welcoming and very unorganized. I adopted a cat that was not fully healthy and they were not transparent about it. I felt that the color of my skin played a big part on how they treated me. ***** was rude as h*** and the whole staff was just annoying if you are African American I strongly suggest you adopt elsewhere.I have a healthy kitty already and bringing in another one that is not jeopardizes my home. They asked for the $150 upfront and the kitten was not ready for adoption but previous customers paid $25. Then when ******* the person in charge called me and said he was ready the ****** mom asked if I knew he had an ear infection ? No I didnt.Long story short I took the kitten with the medication to take him back a week later for them to tell me I was not on the list for an appointment! I was hurt and upset. After I verbally explained to them I was Becca attitude was awful and smugly said the vet can see me thats when I was told my kitten has ringworm! Im beyond disgusted and upset with Naws Its the love I have for animals I have not surrendered my kitten back to them!So now Im responsible for his road to recovery not to mention their so called in house vet did not give me any medication for the ringworm..sad Never do business with them
