  They wrote me a bad check, for my security deposit the email from ******** Sargent *************, ************************************** stated she would pay me and also when I notified her of the check not clearing *************************************** again agreed to pay me out of her personal account, now she's saying she doesn't have to do anything, I have emails with all this information, so Im contacting you in hopes you can help me get my money back they wrote me a bad check, I notified the Bank **************** where the check was written from the account is locked and ******** gave me another person's name, ****** and said hed give me my security deposit back and now hes playing games with me again I have emails and texts, his name is ************************************************ **************, hes asking me to give him an small amount he deposited through Zelle to me and my bank said that's a scam to not give him any information. Also, another number Im getting texts saying theyll get me my money back is **************. Please help me.

  I have copied ******************** complaint into my response and refuted each statement with facts. I have attached a copy of the lease executed between **************** and my mother, *********************, not The Sargent Consulting Group, me or my husband. I have also grabbed an image from our QuickBooks accounting software showing we have nobody with his last name listed in our customer database. We have NOT worked with him in this capacity or any other.  Please let me know what else we may do to end this nonsensical complaint. Thank you.

  ******** is a liar look at this copy, of the email she used her and her husband's business name, it states The Sargent Group LLC, Liar Slumlord, unprofessional BEWARE of this business and her and her husband's business!!!!

  Hello again,
   
  As I am unable to directly enter this follow up information directly into ****************** complaint, I am sending you this email with updates.
   
  I want to inform you that, as I previously stated in my response to his complaint, **************** did indeed receive a cashiers check for the refund of his security deposit from my mother, the landlord of the building (*********************) and with whom he contracted the lease. It was delivered to him and he signed for it on 3/17/23, so if he has not deposited the check for some reason, it would appear his motive in filing the complaint was not to receive a refund from his landlord, but to expect duplicate reimbursement from a company who does not owe him anything. As you see from his reply in the actual complaint, he does not refute any facts I laid out, but chose to call my husbands company a slumlord though he is not in the housing rental business.
   
  Also, as I am unable to edit the complaint itself, here are images confirming these details.
   
  Copy of the receipt for cashiers check made out to ****************, by my mother, dated 3/13/23 for the full $900.00.

  Copy of the tracking log of this cashiers check mailed on 3/13/23 at 2:23pm from ******, ** and delivered/picked up by **************** 3/17/23 4:21 pm.

  As previously stated, ****************** intent is simply not to receive a refund, but to lodge a vendetta of sorts against me, personally, my husbands business and perhaps receive a duplicate refund of $900.00. I find it odd that a man who owns his own company will go to such extremes to try to damage the company of another man he has never met.

  I am rejecting this response because: The person is a lair about their business she used the business name to do business while being my property manager, which again she ******** likes to lie about what she does against the law and things she is above the law again I will reject this she's a lair again, ******** is unprofessional and her husband's business is a reflection of her professionalism towards me as a my property manager after a whole years saying now she isn't the manage she's a liar the other tenants still pay ******** LIAR LIAR of her so yeah she's a SLUMLORD LIAR!!!!! Unprofessional The Sargent Consulting Group did business with me for 12 months ******** used her husband's business name!!!!! SLUMLORD and ********* pictures is in the business she's a liar!!!!!
