Hello I participated in a ********** project for $75 to be paid to me after completing the study. I'm now being denied my money since I was told I did 4 days instead of 5. The instructions weren't specific and didn't state a 5th date as all other dates were written out what to do on each date. I would like to receive monies that is due to me. Because of confidentiality I may be bound by I didn't want to submit the form but if I'm not I can forward at a later dateBusiness response

Participant (*******) partially completed the tasks required to qualify for the honorarium for the study. Participant was contacted 2 times via email prior to the study ending informing the participant that they needed to complete 1 more survey to complete they study and qualify for the honorarium.
After discussion with the participant we provided the honorarium as a good will gesture even though participant did not complete the study fully.

$35 gift card was given to me upon completion of a survey but the gift card was at a $0 balance. I've reached out to the company but they have yet to respond to me.Business response

The respondent participated in a study on Monday 2/7 at 11:00AM. Our card processing company had an issue with the cards so we indicated to the respondent that the card would be funded as soon as possible that day when the issue was resolved. Our processing company was able to resolve the issue at 12:09PM on 2/7 and the card was funded for $35 on 2/7 at 12:45PM. the card the respondent has currently has $35 on it ready for use. After this complaint our team reached out to the respondent to let them know the card is funded and ready to use.Initial Complaint

I have contacted them asking to remove me from their email list a few weeks ago. I received an email invite today, so whoever I was talking to earlier did not finish the job.I am now inclined to boycott this company for failing to have a proper unsubscribe option. I do not want to have to call them to get myself removed!Business response

We have record of an email going to ***** on 1/14/22, We then received a call into our ******* office at 4:10Pm CST on 1/15/22 asking to be removed from our Database. as this was after hours our recruiting team removed her from our database the morning of 1/17/22. We do include an unsubscribe link in every email we send out to people, and everyone in our database agreed to sign up.
***** has been removed from our database and confirmed her email is removed from any active campaigns so she will not receive any additional emails from Bryles Research unless she signs back up to receive them.
