      Would defiantly recommend this company. I got fast and friendly service.They even sent an extra cushion for my nasal mask.

      In August of 2020 I got an order for a new machine. I picked my machine up from her and 8 months later it was broke when I brought it in it took her almost 4 months to get me the machine back ( Although it should have been under warranty and I should have gotten a new machine) and when I later went to another place they told me that my machine was 6 Years old so that lady gave me a four-year-old machine when she said it was brand new. And to the owner do not comment back about anything that isn't the truth because the serial number tells you the date of manufacture. My insurance company is giving me a new one because they saw that this machine is 6 years old.

      By far the best company I've come across for CPAP! They are patient, attentive and very well educated about *************** related. I would recommend this company to everyone looking! If I could give 10 stars I would!!

      Wow, owner has no people skills!! What a train wreck.. Unprofessional and could answer simple questions!!!

      In response to this review by submitter above initials "BB" , CPAP-4U owner's response is that we went out of our way to assist this person who has not been a patient of ours since 2019, pt has no insurance and we were trying to assist him with his cpap supplys. Pt was belligerent and very rude to owner when asked to wear a mask for covid protocol, and broke the mask and thru it on ground at owner, "BB" also was not compliant with following the philips recall notices both sent to him and called to him 3 x over past 10 months. was told to call Philips phone # printed on paper and given to him again with steps to follow for recall. "BB" rudely said "I dont need that" and threw it back at owner. owner stated I am merely trying to help you and your health. Advised "BB" to go to Philips website to read about the recall for his health safety. "BB" stormed out of CPAP-4U office, before owner could inspect machine and supplys( machine no longer under warranty). 'BB" called owner rude names. Owner did not reply to his verbal abuse. this all was witnessed by "DM" assistant/****** at CPAP-4U. Even though we have gone above and beyond for this person"BB" , it is unfortunate that he felt the need to personally attack the owner on social media when we were simply trying to help. thankyou for reading my response.
