Hiland Toyota Scion Response

Ms. ****** had her 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander towed to Hiland Toyota's Body Shop on 08/29/2022 with front, right side, and hood damage. As wrecked vehicles are torn down, they very often find other damages, or parts needed, and these are called supplements.
08/31/22 - An assignment was received from American Family Insurance which tells us the customer's name, the damages to the vehicle, deductible amount, and other pertinent information.
09/02/22 - Our Body Shop started an estimate. With it being a Mitsubishi had to rely on another dealership to provide us with parts quotes.
09/07/22 - Estimate was submitted to American Family Insurance, and the customer approved the work to be done.
09/08/22 - American Family sent a supplemental request for more parts needed.
09/19/22 - The vehicle came to the Service Department to install a wheel.
09/20/22 - The Body Shop created another repair order for more supplemental work needed.
09/30/22 - Came back to the Service Department to perform an alignment.
09/30/22 - Customer paid her deductible and the vehicle was finished.
After Ms. ****** picked up her vehicle, she contacted the Body Shop with a couple of concerns. One was with the washer fluid. The under-shield cover was missing. At the time our Body Shop did not know it was missing because it was not on the vehicle when it was towed in. We created another supplement job, ordered the part, and repaired it. They left her a message on October 13, 2022 that the part was in. The second issue she had was a noise. She was asked to bring the vehicle in when she heard it again so that our Body Shop Manager could go for a ride with her to determine what she was hearing. She came in once and the vehicle was not making the noise. She was told to come back anytime when the vehicle was making the noise and he would go for a ride with her, she has not done that as of this date.
Ms. ****** was never without a vehicle. When her rental coverage period was up with American Family, Hiland Toyota Body Shop provided her a vehicle at no cost to her.
