On June 7th ******************* with USP express was contracted to pick up a vehicle in **. and transport it to *******. We received an invoice for the initial charge of $200 to pick up and drop off we would pay an additional $600.00. Once the initial payment was made this person went **** emailed saying they would come and never showed up and did not respond to text or emails. Requested refund on June 15th no reply and we are now blocked. Please DO NOT USE THIS PERSON WE DIDNT DO OUR RESEARCH AND THIS IS THE OUTCOME.Business response

We alredy refunded money to the customer, The customer cancelled order once the driver arrived to the address, and his lawyer contacted with us and we send the money. You can see the pictures and also you can ask by customer.Initial Complaint

I am rejecting this response because: They did not find me a driver they had clearly and distinctly agreed upon in our contract set months earlier. They "found me" a driver on the day they were supposed to pick up the vehicle, but insisted on that I pay nearly 50% more than the agreed upon contract set forth months before then. It was dishonest business at best, fraud at worst. The ************ pilot reviews paint the same picture and same story how they change up the pricing and make up excuses and pass the excess cost onto the customer who is ultimately hurt. They most certainly did not offer me back the $200. They said they would refund after i was begging for it after the 7 days had expired for them to find me a driver at the agreed upon price set forth back months ago, but initially the "accounting department" said they wouldn't only for an additional $100 fee. I gave them over 15 days to refund the money and they didn't and made zero effort to do so. I called them daily sometimes multiple times and either no response, no voicemail, no email, etc. I called my credit card company due to this fraudulent claim and the inability to get back money I was entitled to in full since they did not fulfill the contract and it was completely wrong and illegal for them to not give me back my money deposit. If they would have just refunded my $200 after the 7 days because they couldn't fulfill the contract based on the contract I would have walked away and not made a big issue of this. The deceit and cryptic responses (when I even got one) is what made me direct this course of action to prevent other customers from being lured into this scam .

Found this company to shop a vehicle. Signed a contract, agreed on price and terms. Paid them a deposit. The day of shipping they texted me to say that they need more money to ship my car using a different driver because their driver couldnt pick up my car. I told them I wanted a refund since they broke contract. They refused and said they found a driver to pick up my car for the agreed upon price. The driver never showed up and they wont refund my deposit. Fraud.Business response
