Pattern of Complaints
BBB has received a pattern of complaints from customers that allege this company has charged consumers for products they did not authorize or that products were not delivered. Specifically, complaints claim that even after a refund request is made the company fails to refund consumer money. Company responses indicate consumers are placed on a refund list or their refund is pending presidential sign off for the refund but the refund is not given. BBB sent notification of this pattern to the company in February 2018 seeking a response and voluntary correction of the underlying issues that cause this pattern. BBB did not receive a response from the company.
