Hello, I purchased a car( Lexus nx300) may 15th 2023 it was from Lexus dealership, the car was certified also all services were done . On June 18/2023 my husband physically abused me ( had bruises on my face ) I was so scared I plan to run away , so left the country on June 26/2023 I came back August 08/2023 I found out that my husband left back to country . And realized that my car its not anymore were I left it. After investigating with freind I know that the car was at vik auto inc , I decided to go there and recuperate my car but unfortunately the owner (*********************************) refuse to give me the car stating that he had to do some services to the car (wish was not needed) and that I have to Pay amount of **** wish include a car rental for a week ?????? That I never had or used since I never took the car to him . The invoice dont make any sense cause the car didnt need any service. . I have proof documents from Lexus dealership. I went to police station but no help they just told me to pay the bill. Now I dont know what to do my husband used and out my credit card while I was away ., I cant pay and hes say that he will take the ownership of the car ( mechanic) and resale it . I owned the car for one month put **** down payment and now Im responsible for the full $32000 if he take the ownership of the car . Im Seeking justice hope the bbb will Be helpful in this situation.
