ordered a downloadable program two weeks ago then realized it had gone to an incorrect email address. Asked three times to have it resent with no reply. Also no credit back to the charge made to my credit card. No response at all.Initial Complaint

I purchased an mp3 download..'the ultimate ******************* library from them 'and didn't realised I had hit the purchase button twice. While they have a no refund policy on mp3s I think it was obvious mistake, why would I pay for the same download twice. The email link for customer suppprt on their web site hardly works. Neither of their 2 phone number allows for you to get live help. I wrote them three times and got a generic automated response so I did use an email address that belongs to them. I never got a response addressing my concern. I would appreciate your assistance to get a refund to my debit card on one of the 2 payments that I made for the ultimate ******************* library. The order # is ********* and the purchase was made on September 5, 2021. The purchaser was ********************* and the email *****************************
