They should not be in business I live across the street from them. I went there to have a wisdom tooth removed. Also I have Delta Dental PPO. The oral surgeon there was on the list from my insurance that I could use All I wanted was the removal of this tooth. When I got in the the dentist on duty there took a whole slew of X-rays and wanted to sell me the world. The office manager whose name was ***** gave me prices that I could not afford for new teeth. What kind of baloney is this. I was there on 10/31/2023. I would warn people not to use Aspen for any dental work My regular dentist did not want to pull this tooth and told me to see an oral surgeon. So this is what I did. Aspen Dental wants your money up front and does not file claims with a persons insurance. They should be put out of business.  

This is about Aspen Dental in ************ **?This place is horrible, owner *************** wanted to take tooth #** & 13 out, money hangry same with all managers.?so can convince you to get implants, very rude, doesn't work for the benefit of patient, Dr. ***** before start check my blood pressure, it's was very high, I told him I am on blood pressure pills, I'm a senior, maybe not good to do this today, he sad don't worry.?on Tuesday July 26 manager *************************** told to start to do job I need to pay 50% and *********** manager put on my **** $1000. they order flipper, it's was done on July 28, he told me to come next day Friday July 29, than i feel terrible, can't eat, can't slip, 2 big metal hooks on the flipper, I can't be like this, Dr. ***** told me on Friday need to check if infection still there do x-ray, check bones, but hi will be in other office so **************** do everything, but she refuse to do anything and told me never come back to my office, find another dentist ("very professional")?******************************* (office manager told me to return back $643.60, but return only $527.20.?Job done terrible, have pain. I called ***************************, but she never call me I'm not recommended to anyone use any service from Aspen Dental in ************ **.?Customer requirements: what do your customers need to be satisfied. It's our health, don't understand how she is a dentist, how she have a dental license.?Deliverable this is a good results are expected from the merchant. This Co. Aspen Dental misrepresented their ability, they just want to pay. Unfortunately, products & service not performed well business owners should always thinking about the future, reputation, sound good & be wary of taking any unnecessary risk. They need to return me $1000.00 They left me with a lot of pain, they dont care about people ******

Aspen Dental tried to collect money from me and Insurance at the same time. People don't know any better and/or are threatened they pay-off and they apply this tactics to everyone. Agent I spoke with was very rude and warned me to pay-off or else. I also received the final notice to pay-off the balance, which they are collecting from Insurance on monthly basic per agreement.I received the final notice they'll refer to collection agency. There was one agent suppose to call me back, never did. Would you still like to do business with them?
