Im 09-27-2022. I went for routine mammogram checkup that should be fully covered by my insurance as a preventive care. Month later I start getting the bills from Morton Grove Medical Imagine for amount of $131.72 I call them and been told its part of deductible but I said its preventive care procedure and should be completely payed by insurance. They told me to call my insurance Wnen i call my insurance ,they agreed that this should be payed totally by insurance,but they said they were billed with wrong codes. whenever I called Morton Grove Medical Imagine, they didnt provide any help resolve the issue. instead they just keep sending me a bill. Now I got a bill from collection agency. I strongly believe this is very wrong and I should not payed for it. But its like completely dead end because I dont know how to prove this matter with Morton Grove Medical Imagine Please, to whom I have to concern , to help me to solve this issue Sincerely ********************************* My Morton Grove Medical Imagine account number **********Business response

I am rejecting this response because: its completely nonsense. I call my doctor ****** and ask him why he ordered diagnostic mammogram if I never had any problem. My doctor said that he ordered mammogram (bilateral) and this is a regular routine mammogram. Its absolutely the same. They just bill with wrong code to my insurance. Morton Grove Medical Imagine just twisted this to get more Money. This is completely not fair,specifically it was very difficult time for me ,during Covid pandemic,that I lost my business and have no money to pay for it. My insurance told me that Morton Grove Medical Imagine should rebill them with right code and everything will be covered Please help me to solve this matter I have no idea how to prove that Morton Grove Medical Imagine are did regular routine mammogram to me and nothing extra

I am rejecting this response because:
Im strongly believe that i should the business above should not bill me. My visit should be covered by my insurance. Because its preventing care coverage. My doctor ordered regular routine mammograms. Its call diagnostic and thats exactly same thing as routine mammograms. And I never ever have any issues with my previous breast exam. I strongly believe that Morton Grove imaging just twisted words to get more money. Again I did call my doctor ****** and I been told that routine mammograms and diagnostic mammograms exactly the same and should be covered under preventive care by insurance.
