07/16/2022 I paid $1100 deposit for a move from *********,** ***** to ********************************. I had what I thought was a contract, they came out on August 2, 2022 to pick up my items for storage. They said there was a mistake with price. Raised the price to over $11,000 for the move. I called the next Morning for a refund of my deposit, so I could find a different moving company.Business response

Hello *******,We do regret we were not able to render our moving services to you.We do appreciate you and all our customer business, therefore I would like to take the time to explain the following.The paperwork you signed was not a contract or final quote. It was an estimate for your upcoming move, which was explained in the paperwork you signed as well.It also explained how or when any additional fees could or would be applied affecting your estimate.We do apologize for any misunderstanding, and have refunded your deposit in full.Thank you for having considered us and wish we could have cleared up any concerns sooner.
