I bought a 2015 Dodge Ram 2500 Bighorn from Sam Leman ****** and when I inquired about the loan for the vehicle my bank went over the add with me . She read off all the option which included park assist and backup camera along with other options . When I went the first time for an appointment with the first salesman I drove over after work only to find out the truck and salesman were gone . The truck was back the next day . The backup camera and park assist did not work . They wanted to charge me $1500 to fix it . I purchased the vehicle and have talked to them several times and they will not repair it . I emailed an affiliated Sam Leman and asked if option listed on their add is does that mean it is in working order he said yes . Also the license plate light didn’t work . Took that to get repaired and they ordered the wrong harness for it and decided to splice my wiring and wrap it in electrical tape so I took it back . They said they’d fix it . They took my truck and had it for 6 hrs. Only to find out they zip tied the wiring I complained about to hide it . I believe this company is dishonest on any used vehicles and do not stand behind their adds or their products. Also bought extended warranty which brought my total for the vehicle to nearly 35k. They also told me if I didn’t buy the truck that day it was going up $2000 in price because it was underpriced .
