Storm damage at end of March. Contacted ***** ******* * ************ on April 17th and signed contract for roof and window wraps to be done. Advised we were selling our house at **** ******* *** ****** ** ***** in june and repairs had to be done before then. He ensured us this would not be a problem. Made multiple contacts during May and he said it would be done. In June we had to pay up front with a check to the buyer. Contacted ***** again July 25th and he responded he just had a crew there today. Asked again in Aug and was told job done 2 weeks ago and paperwork sent to Insurance company. Asked again Labor day wknd and was told paperwork was just sent that morning to insurance company. Spoke with ******* ********* Sept 9th and they have not recieved anything yet. Advisd ***** I want copies emailed to me immediately, he responded office person would email on Monday. As of 5:10pm I do not have proof of completion.Business response

I apologize, there was a misunderstanding that out of pocket money had been paid by the homeowner as we were waiting on the smaller trade to be completed after the roof and gutters had been done in order to be able to close things out with insurance on the claim so that the homeowner could be re-imbursed for the money he had already paid out of pocket.
