The total replacement of of parts and services including the engine and fluids were not completed to proper mechanical function within safe operational standards. These errors in technical workmanship resulted in a total,mechanical failure of the internal, working components, and thermal breakdown of moving, parts within the lower,engine assembly. The results of these occurring sequentially resulted in a breakdown on the Interstate, in the dark, and potentially could have resulted in loss of life.Business response

I do feel for ***** as to the circumstances of the breakdown and I am glad he was not harmed. As for his allegations of "errors in technical workmanship" we installed per his request a used complete engine. We replace all the fluids and made sure the engine was functioning properly, which it was when the vehicle was delivered. The repair was completed on 5/21/2022 at which time the vehicle had ****** miles on it. The last documented mileage we have was on 04/26/2024 which the vehicle had ******* miles on it. Considering that was 2 months ago it most likely has more than that. Our warranty is 2 years or ****** miles whichever occurs first. Just from the mileage we have on record the customer drove over 44,000 miles which is clearly out of warranty also it is out by 2 months time wise as well.*********************
