Hired this ***** to do a demo job, he kept asking for partial payments, against my better judgement those payments were made with a promise that work will continue. As soon as most of the amount was paid, the work was stopped and this ***** never came back to finish and is not responding to calls/textsBusiness response

***** never gave me a subcontractor agreement or contract. He failed to mention or care when I told him that the exterior block and insulation of the home was suspiciously similar looking to asbestos. He never brought out an inspector for it and never gave me a asbestos report. Then he wanted me to wait to remove flooring until his ************* was ready so that they could come in and put new floors over the old asbestos tiles that are everywhere in the home. ***** does not care for the safety of his subcontractors and will do anything to make a quick buck. No regard for the care and safety of the men that work with him.Initial Complaint

We gave a deposit of $3500.00 to DAM industries to ******************* for demolition of our property at ********************************************************. He took our money and never responded to ** or did the work.I have called ******************* numerous times and he doesnt return my phone calls or texts.The last time I talked to him he said he would return the deposit and never did.We want our money back.Hope you could help me with this matter.Thank you for all of your help!******Initial Complaint

I entered into a signed agreement on ***** with Dam Industries to remove my existing wood decking and replace with Trex decking. I wrote a deposit check to them for $6000. That check was cashed the very next day, and materials and a start date were agreed to. That day, as well as two or three other days came and went. The contractor, DAM Industries, never started the job and never bought materials. The owner, ******* , is now not answering text or calls.
