I received my order (MFGW6886) February 7,2024. one fairy arrived with arm broken off. Also, the fairy table was the wrong item. Or I could say I never received one item and was sent an extra item not ordered. I have emailed the company 3 times with this information and pictures. I called and left a message. I have received no reply email or phone call in response.Business response

To who it may concern,
This email is in reference to ********** a complaint launched by *************************** against ***************************** Mini Fairy Garden World. We have come to an agreement and *************** has been refunded for her broken items. This email is on behalf of *****************************. The reason she was no contacted sooner is because ***** passed away. His wife *********************************** is now legal owner of Mini Fairy Garden World and is working to resolve disputes that were a result of his death.
