              Some from this company called me and told they can replace my tool put I need to return it and told them months seens I file the better business bureau and ** and us said u would not replace so I throw it out and now they say they will replace it but I need to said the tool back that I dont have no more and there only telling they will replace it now that no I throw it out seeing they no I cant return older tool seeing throw it out thats messed because when I told I throw it out thats when they told they could replace it befor I said I throw it out they keep saying they wont and cant replace it and when told I throw it out cant get it back they told they could replace it I return it noing I dont have no more they r playing games with me

              I told bosch power tool about defective grinder wheels made in ***** out of round or out of balance 4-1/2 " wheels. They contacted me asking for my name and address but they failed to get back to me but they did not seem to cared but accident waiting to happen if out of round wheel goes bad can caused bosch to be liable. I warned them but looks like they did not cared. Bosch degraded them self lack of customer support about defective items. They just don't cared. I'm boycotting bosch. I'm going to buy dewalt or metabo,makita. Shame on bosch. Hope you can be of help. I have a grinder I returned to store with defective wheel other grinder also bad wheel I kept one grinder with bad wheel but I told store about bosch bad business practice. I still have one bad defective wheel . I wanted bosch to sent me a correct wheel that's not a out of round or out of balance wheel that spins ****** rpm . Bad wheel spinning at 11 **** rpm is a dangerous safety situation can caused death or serious injury to operator or by standers. Bosch just don't cared. Any help??
